Consumer Terms of Service

These Consumer Terms apply when you use the Anproba Virtual Try-On feature as an end consumer on a merchant's platform. The merchant (fashion brand) using Anproba's technology is responsible for their storefront — these terms cover Anproba's role as the underlying technology provider.

1. The Virtual Try-On Service

When you use Anproba's Virtual Try-On feature, you have the option to create a Digital Twin — a 3D representation of your body derived from a single photograph. Creating a Digital Twin requires your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

2. Your Digital Twin

Your Digital Twin is encrypted with a unique key that only you possess (stored in your device's Keychain or Keystore). Anproba cannot access your unencrypted Digital Twin data. The photograph you upload to create your Digital Twin is deleted from Anproba's servers within 30 days.

3. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. See our Privacy Notice for details.

4. No Advertising or Data Sale

Your biometric data is NEVER used to train AI models, target advertising, or sold to any third party. This is a contractual commitment by Anproba GmbH.
